In contrast to a support package, a support budget does not define the scope of services, but rather the time frame. The support budget can therefore be used more flexibly in terms of content and often serves as a convenient billing basis for long-term collaboration and ongoing support.

What is a support budget?

In contrast to a support package, a support budget does not define the scope of services, but rather the time frame. The support budget can therefore be used more flexibly in terms of content and often serves as a convenient billing basis for a longer collaboration. As a customer, for example, you can book a support budget of 100 hours and use it as required, e.g. to carry out a preliminary study, for our team to answer specific questions or for billing communication expenses. A support budget is ordered in advance on the basis of a binding offer. The offer amount is calculated from the number of hours and the agreed hourly rate and does not have to be paid in advance but is billed monthly on the basis of the actual hours used from the support budget. As a customer you will receive an exact monthly list concerning who from our team worked on which task, when and how long. Therefore you always have a transparent overview of your project and can react to any changes at any time.

What are the prices for support services?

We work with hourly based budgets when billing support services. The quoted price is made up of the number of hours booked and the agreed hourly rate. Contact us directly to receive a targeted offer for your support request.

What happens if I use less than the booked number of hours?

The hourly based budget does not have to be paid in advance. Our Digital Heroes record the time they’ve spent on your project down to the minute. You receive an exact monthly statement of the services provided and only pay for the support hours that have actually been incurred.
