Product Details
The DHCOR i.MX6UL(L) is the first module in our solderable computer module series. The SOM can be soldered directly and thus avoids expensive board-to-board connectors. Thanks to its small size of only 29 x 29 x 3.2 mm, the i.MX6UL(L) is suitable for a variety of applications. The SOM comes in the usual industrial quality and can also be used in the extended temperature range from -40 to +85 °C. It is based on the NXP i.MX6UL(L) processor with a ARM Cortex-A7 core and has a power consumption of less than one watt.
The DHCOR i.MX6UL(L) is equipped with a Bluetooth 5.1 (BR/EDR/BLE) and WiFi IEEE802.11b/g/n block with an U.FL antenna connector directly on the SOM. In addition, it has a temperature-compensated real-time clock, UART, two SPI and I2C interfaces, one each USB 2.0 OTG and host port, as well as eight analog inputs (internally 2x 10-bit ADC), nine GPIOs, one PWM and an 8-bit parallel camera interface. Furthermore, the i.MX6UL(L) supports the connection of an external eMMC or SLC NAND flash memory as well as dual 100 Mbit Ethernet and has two CAN interfaces. Equipped with 1 GB DDR3 and clocking up to 900 MHz. The 18-bit RGB port with HD resolution (1366 x 768 pixels) serves the SOM as display interface and is optimally complemented by a 4-wire touch interface. The operating system for the i.MX6UL(L) is Linux, which can be created on the basis of the Debian distribution or with Yocto Project.
The i.MX6UL(L) processor is used in industrial automation as well as all types of machine control systems including soft PLCs and operator panels (HMI). In addition, the SOM is ideal for a demanding environment due to its very small size, including medical or mobile battery-operated devices.
