District Administrator Siegfried Walch visits DH electronics

Some time ago, District Administrator Siegfried Walch, Dr. Birgit Seeholzer as Managing Director of Wirtschaftsförderungs GmbH and District Press Officer Michael Reithmeier were guests of the Digital Heroes Team in Bergen. After a short introduction of DH electronics by the two managing directors Stefan Daxenberger and Helmut Henschke, a tour of the company building followed. In a subsequent round of talks, current topics such as digitalization and the advancement of innovations were discussed. In this context, the managing directors also presented the internal approach in the DH team and named some application areas of the products developed in Bergen. The Digital Heroes team's way of working is characterized above all by flat hierarchies, extremely good organization and documentation, and an open communication and error culture. In addition, the diversity within the team with experienced engineers and young students is certainly also a success factor of the company. Since DH electronics has made a name for itself in recent years, especially among students at the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences, DH electronics also welcomes the construction of the new Chiemgau Campus in Traunstein.
