German Diversity Day | #DDT22

LET‘S CELEBRATE DIVERSITY!

The German Diversity Day celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. The members and signatories of the Diversity Network and organizations in which diversity is practiced are flying the flag for diversity with creative activities. The non-profit association Charta der Vielfalt e. V. was founded on September 10, 2010 and began operations in March 2011. It shapes the content of the activities of the Charta der Vielfalt corporate initiative and assumes financial responsibility. 

For us at DH electronics, #DDT22 has a special significance, as this time we are celebrating it for the first time as a member of Charta der Vielfalt e.V.. Our application documents are already on their way and we will then soon also be found in the membership overview on the website after they have been signed by the Minister of State. Although diversity and equality are already firmly anchored in our team, we are aware that we still have a long way to go as a society, but also in the company. Today is symbolic of diversity and its importance: we are committed to it every day.
