Long-term availability of 10+ years

In our fast-paced world, machines, plants, buildings and devices are designed to be in operation 24/7. All the more a standstill would be of importance and should be avoided. Therefore, we guarantee a long-term availability of 10+ years for our products, which makes it possible to replace our components only after 10 years. Until then, the products can be reordered from us without the need for new development or adaptation. This enables us to provide our customers with a certain degree of planning security.

Obsolescense management

As part of obsolescence management, we systematically record, analyze and monitor critical parts, components, raw materials and software. As early as the development stage, we take care to select components with long-term availability and, in the case of critical components, to specify alternatives and stock them generously. However, components can also be discontinued after the start of series production, and in this case we also take care of replacements as well as any necessary recertifications and tests. We also take care of obsolescence management for various software components.

Aftersales services

We support our customers not only during the joint development of individual embedded solutions but also after the start of series production. As part of our after-sales service, we continue to provide personal support and can be reached by phone, e-mail or contact form. Our developers are happy to answer questions about our embedded products and services. In addition, we offer training courses and workshops as well as a repair service should a device break down. Of course, we are also interested in the development of follow-up solutions for best products and work out ideas for further cooperation, for example, in the context of an innovation workshop.
